Thursday, Officer Timo Rosenthol from New Mexico ordered a burger at the Clovis Burger King. Along with his burger, Rosenthol received a drawing of a pig on its wrapper. The picture has now gone viral.
KRQE News 13 reached out to the Burger King who said they’ve identified those involved and fired five employees.
“In a statement, the VP of Burger King in Clovis says the franchise does not support that kind of treatment against anyone, especially law enforcement.”
However, Officer Rosenthol said he will not return.
