Arizona GOP chairperson and mega Trump supporter, Kelli Ward, sent out a fund raising email asking donors to stop Democratic Senate candidate, Mark Kelly, “dead in his tracks.”
“Support the Republican Party of Arizona today and, together, we’ll stop gun-grabber Mark Kelly dead in his tracks.”
Ms. Ward may have forgotten that in 2011, Mark Kelly’s wife, Gabby Giffords, was shot in the head while meeting with constituents. Six other people were killed and dozens wounded in that mass shooting
Mark Kelly will challenge Senator Martha McSally in 2020.
