Georgia high school teacher on leave over message about Confederate flag

A Georgia high school teacher was put on administrative leave over her description of the Confederate flag, the Augusta Chronicle reports.

At Hephzibah High School, a teacher reportedly displayed a picture with a Confederate flag and a description of what the flag meant.

“A sticker you put on the back of your pickup truck to announce that you intend to marry your sister,” the description read. “Think of it like a white trash ‘Save The Date’ card.”
