White House Halloween festivities turned viral on Monday as Mr. and Mrs. Trump handed out candy bars in a White House tradition. In what was apparently an inefficient use of his large “ahh, brain,” Trump laughed at a trick or treater in costume as a “Despicable Me” Minion, tapped a candy bar on the head of the costume, then left it there. Melania followed suit, and put her candy bar on the Minion’s head, despite the trick or treater carrying a traditional Halloween candy bag. Both candy bars fell off the costume as the child wandered away. An attendee picked up the candy bars and put them in the child’s bag.
