As the Middle East “Peace Plan” was rolling out, Trump was giving appreciation to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in the East Room when applause broke out and impressed the president.
Incredulous and probably jealous Trump said, “Whoa, that was very impressive, Mike.”
“That reporter couldn’t have done a good job on you yesterday,” Trump said. “I think you did a good job on her, actually.”
