BREAKING: Harvey Weinstein was found guilty on two charges and acquitted on others in the disgraced movie producer’s New York sexual assault case.
Six sexual assault accusers testified against Weinstein, 67, at his trial in a Manhattan court. Weinstein’s lawyers had argued that the women had consensual sexual encounters with the Oscar-winning producer, hoping to get roles or other benefits.
Weinstein has been accused by dozens of women of sexual misconduct. He has a separate criminal case pending in Los Angeles.
