Japan’s PM Abe Suspends K-12 Public School Activities

Prime Minister Abe notes the need to limit traffic as the number of covid-19 cases increases in the country.

The prime minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe has closed all K-12 public school and special needs school activities from March second until the end of the school year, in about two weeks.  He cites the need to limit the cases of pneumonia that is a threat from the novel coronavirus for this special measure.
