Republican Ohio State Rep. Nino Vitale, has been a critic of Governor DeWitt’s stay-at-home orders and the recommendations of Ohio Health Director Amy Acton. He has referred to Dr. Acton as “unelected Dr. Acton” on more than one occasion.
