According to an arrest affidavit filed in Pinellas County court, Nicole Dozois, 40, “became angry” at her 59-year-old father at their home in Largo, in the Tampa Bay area, after 2 a.m. Sunday “due to his flatulence” disrupting her sleep. She started attacking him after an argument.
Police arrived and found Dozois’ father with “a bloodied left eye and scratches all over his neck” following the fracas wherein he was punched numerous times. Police said the two share a bedroom in the home.
- She was booked on a misdemeanor domestic battery.
- She pleaded not guilty.
- She was released on her own recognizance.
- The judge her ordered to have no contact with her father.
- In 2018 she was arrested for hitting her sister. The charge was later dropped.
