Two Fatally Shot in Kenosha While Jacob Blake’s Family Speaks

When demonstrators took to the streets on the third night since Jacob Blake was shot by police, three protesters were shot, two of them fatally.

Kenosha County Sheriff David Beth said one victim was shot in the head, and the other in the chest. A third victim was shot with non-life-threatening wounds.

Kyle Rittenhouse was arrested in Antioche, Illinois, for the crimes.

Witnesses described Rittenhouse as a white vigilante, walking down the street with a long gun, who had reportedly shot someone several blocks away. Protesters chased him and tried to subdue him when he turned the gun on them and began firing.

As police approach in several vehicles, the shooter put his hands up and police pass by him as the crowd screams he’s the shooter.

Jacob Blake’s sister had words for the media on Tuesday.
