Tuesday, News Views will host a Live Discussion on the first presidential debate hosted by Fox ‘News’ and moderated by Chris Wallace. The debate will take place at  Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and will air at 9PM EDT/6PM PDT. We will post a live stream for your viewing pleasure; however, the majority of us will tune into MSNBC or CNN for commentary and analysis of the debate. We hope you will join us!

Moderators get to choose the debate topics. Chris Wallace will focus on “Mr. Trump’s and Mr. Biden’s records, the Supreme Court, the coronavirus pandemic, the economy, race and violence in cities and the integrity of the election. There will be 15 minutes to discuss each topic.”

However, Trump would like to focus on Hunter Biden as opposed to his failed handling of the Coronavirus, our crashed economy, high unemployment rates, food shortages, the rise in civil unrest, and the rise in White Nationalism ALL UNDER HIS WATCH–Trump’s America.

President Trump is gearing up to launch blistering personal attacks on Joe Biden and his family in the first presidential debate on Tuesday, while Biden is bracing for an onslaught and worried allies are warning the Democratic nominee not to lose his temper and lash out, according to people with knowledge of the strategies in both camps.

Trump has told associates he wants to talk specifically about his opponent’s son Hunter Biden and mused that the debates are when “people will finally realize Biden is just not there,” according to one adviser. The president is so eager to lay into his rival that he has called aides to test out various attacks, focusing on attacks that cast Biden as a longtime Washington insider with a limited record of accomplishment, said another adviser, who like many interviewed for this story spoke on the condition of anonymity to candidly describe private talks.

Biden and his advisers are anticipating a venomous barrage, according to a person with knowledge of their thinking, and they are preparing to counter with an affirmative case for a Biden presidency. The Democrat wants to stay focused on how he would address the coronavirus pandemic and the country’s economic problems, which he blames Trump for worsening.

The Washington Post:

And then there’s the Orange Ass demanding Joe Biden gets drug tested:

Currently, Biden holds a 10-point lead nationally over the current resident of the People’s House. But, DON’T GET COMPLACENT! VOTE AND PLEASE VOTE EARLY!!! Make your voices heard.

Voter interest in the upcoming election polls very high.

The Washington Post-ABC News poll determined that nearly six in 10 registered voters – 58 percent – said they are “very closely” following the 2020 presidential race between President Trump and Democrat Joe Biden.

The Hill:

We hope you will attend our Live Discussion on the first presidential debate. If you have never participated in one of Live Discussions, they’re pretty fun!
