The new, yet old, normal: Mass shootings

Police are investigating two, new shootings; one in North Carolina where a gun nut opened fire at a house party in North Carolina that killed three people and wounded four others. The other took place in Maryland early Saturday morning , which resulted in three people dead.

According to The Hill, the shooting in North Carolina: Police responded to the scene found that “a gunfight had erupted inside the home during a house party and seven people were struck by gunfire.”

And then in Prince County, Maryland, which is shy one to qualify as another mass shooting in the good, ol’ US of A.

Welcome back, America! If COVID-19 didn’t kill us, our obsession with firearms will, the new, yet old, normal.

Youngstown, Ohio Utopia Nightclub Shooting Leaves One Dead, Multiple Others Injured:

Police have confirmed at least one person has been shot dead and others were injured during a shooting at an Ohio nightclub, according to local media.

Officers were called to the Utopia nightclub, in Youngstown, at about 1.30 a.m. this morning following reports of a shooting.

When officers arrived they told WFMJ-TV that between 300 to 500 people were waiting outside the nightclub, located on East Midlothian Boulevard.
