Good evening, News Viewers. Time to end the week by pouring your favorite beverage and putting on your favorite tunes. I just finished making a bunch of Dolmas/Dolmades….my family pronounces them Dolmas, weird because that’s what Turks call them. My mother’s family is from outside of Athens so, who knows but, Ottoman Empire, I guess. We had to thin out some grape vines so, I had a bunch of fresh grape leaves in dire need of some rice and other yummy stuff.
I’m going to make this short and sweet because I have some other chores I need to do so, take care, be safe, have fun, and enjoy the rest of the weekend.
