Tucker Carlson is stirring up trouble for Kevin McCarthy.
For the last couple of nights, Carlson has been attacking McCarthy’s relationship (we’ll get to that in a minute) with a GOP strategist, consultant, and pollster named Frank Luntz.
You could thank Luntz as the wordsmith for Republicans who coined some catchphrases such as “climate change” and “death taxes.”
Tucker doesn’t seem to like Luntz, and has been targeting him as no longer Republican — or at least not Republican enough — calling him “effectively a Democrat.”
Luntz doesn’t seem to like Donald Trump very much.
Last night Tucker exposed McCarthy for renting a room from Luntz in DC.
“What’s up with that?” was asked of McCarthy on Fox and Friends.
