I’m late, way late but we just celebrated my oldest son’s birthday and my mom popped down for an early Mother’s Day dinner; we had fun. It’s my son’s birthday but he wanted to grill. What was on the menu you ask? Marinated shrimp kabobs, marinated flank steak for the meat eaters, grilled lobster and asparagus, and an awesome pitcher(s) of Sangria to wash it all down.
