The Pledge of Allegiance was recited last Monday at Justice High School in Fairfax Virginia.
Wing nut site Newsmax objected to it and convened a 5 person panel to discuss it on Thursday.
The panel was headed by a Pamala Anderson wannabe. (upper left)
First up was Melanie Collette (bottom right) who said her jaw dropped and said it was an absolute disgrace that the person did that at the last minute without telling anyone.
Next up was Republican Amanda Makki (bottom left) who said the Pledge has included the phrase “under God since 1942.” That was an alt-fact by the bimbo. “Under God” was added in 1954, President Eisenhower signed the bill.
Amanda blamed President Biden for making it so easy for people to do whatever they want to do and say.
Another GOP strategist, Mark Vargas (bottom center) said we shouldn’t be surprised because Joe Biden removed God from the National Day of Prayer. Mark has a question for Biden and VP Harris, he wants to know who are they supposed to pray to if they can’t pray to God. He asked if it’s to Bernie Sanders or AOC?
Ersatz Pamela Anderson added that high school students are making up their own rules.
Bob Sellers, (top right) Fake Pam’s co-host, said he was educated in that educational system as are his daughters, he said he is embarrassed.
Back over to Amanda, who wants to strip students of their diploma as a hard lesson that you can’t go off script. Amanda brings Hillary Clinton into the discussion.
Mark says make the student serve a year in the military. He wants the student to get in trouble because it’s absurd and offensive.
Enter Media Matters on Friday who ran the headline:
Newsmax panel melts down over a high school student saying “Allah” during the Pledge of Allegiance
Fake Pamela Anderson wasn’t taking that lying down. She denies that there was any sort of meltdown, calls Media Matters’ headline clickbait.
Pam introduces Mark, who previously said it’s un-American, un-patriotic, and quite frankly upsetting.
Mark doubled down and then some:
But yesterday, I said it was un-American and unpatriotic. It’s also illegal and in violation of federal and state laws. And I’m calling on the state attorney general to look into this. You know, the laws are very clear. You can respectfully decline to recite the Pledge of Allegiance, but you cannot recite it and alter the words and use — pull out God and say whatever you’d like. And so, again, I think it’s important. It’s unpatriotic, it’s un-American, and it’s also illegal. And I think the state attorney general ought to look into this.
After Bob added some nonsense about definitions, Mark Vargas said:
That’s right, and I think that’s why the state attorney general needs to look into this because they need to be crystal clear that you cannot alter or change the words of the Pledge of Allegiance. And, again, this is not the Democratic Party of John Kennedy. This is not the Democratic Party of Franklin D. Roosevelt. And this is not the Democratic Party of Harry Truman. They loved America. And now you’ve got the left going completely crazy because you’re defending the words of the Pledge of Allegiance.
Mark Vargas finished it off by saying:
I think we need to send a very clear message any way we can. And I think that looking in — having a state attorney general’s office or a district attorney look into this, I think that sends the message.
But he doesn’t want the student prosecuted.
Porky Pig recites the Pledge of Allegiance before “under god” was added to it.
