Iowa law enforcement arrested a former grocery store worker from California and charged him with making threats against former US presidents, Dr. Fauci, and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. Twenty-five year old, Kuachua Brillion Xiong, planned to travel to Washington D.C to “combat evil demons in the White House.“ He remains in custody at the Pottawattamie County jail in Council Bluffs, Iowa after his December 21 arrest following a routine traffic stop.
Court records describe Xiong as a former grocery worker from Merced, California who relocated to Sacramento, California area. At the time of his arrest Xiong had an A.R. 15 rifle, boxes of ammunition, loaded magazines, and body armor in his car. He also had the White House in his GPS as his final destination.
While in custody, the US Secret Service interviewed Xiong who stated, he was “the only person remaining who can free the United States of evil and it is necessary for him to kill those in position of power. “
Court records also stated, “It is at this time Xiong began assembling the equipment needed to carry out his plan to kill those in power: an assault rifle, assault rifle magazines, ammunition, body armor, medical supplies, dark clothing, grappling hook, food, and cash. “ Xiong also allowed authorities to access his cell phone where they found several, downloaded TikTok videos he had “to compile a list of evil individuals he intended to kill, including former Presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama, Dr. Fauci, and Mark Zuckerberg. “Xiong added that he would kill President Biden unless he promised to comply to Xiong’s demands.
Xiong also possessed a drawing of the White House grounds that included what he perceived as ‘a weak spot’ that would allow him to gain access to the complex. He had planned on using a grappling hook to climb over the perimeter fencing before accessing the White House to kill those on his hit list.
Secret Service agent Justin Larson said that if Xiong was released from custody, he would immediately travel to the White House and do whatever it took to carry out his plan. The agent also said that Xiong had no intentions of returning to California because he planned on dying ‘while fighting evil demons in the White House .’
