Washington State Trooper who told Governor Inslee to ‘Kiss My Ass’ dies of COVID-19

In a video that went viral, WA State Trooper Robert LaMay who told Governor Jay Inslee to kiss his ass as opposed to complying with a COVID-19 vaccine mandate has reportedly died from the disease.

According to Newsweek:

Robert LaMay, 50, made headlines when he rejected the mandate that Governor Jay Inslee implemented requiring state workers to be fully vaccinated against the disease by October 18, 2021 as a condition of employment.

In his ‘farewell video’ LaMay said that during his 22 years of service he had worked while sick and buried a lot of friends and he was “being asked to leave because I am dirty.”

Last year was the deadliest for active-duty law enforcement in nearly a century, with COVID-19 identified as the leading cause of death for the second year in a row. Statistics on the leading cause of death for ‘mall cops’ were not available at this time.
