TFG Asked If China Targeted the US With ‘Hurricane Guns’: ‘Too Stupid for Words’

“It was almost too stupid for words,” a former official who wished to remain anonymous told Rolling Stone. “I did not get the sense he was joking at all.”

During his first year in office, TFG asked other administration officials if China had the technology to to create man-made hurricanes and deliberately send them to the U.S. After repeated inquiries, administration officials started referring to his inquiries as the “‘Hurricane Gun’ thing.”

TFG also thought we could somehow nuke hurricanes before they could cause such devastation and death. Axios reported about this in the past but TFG denied their claim in 2019.

“The story by Axios that President Trump wanted to blow up large hurricanes with nuclear weapons prior to reaching shore is ridiculous. I never said this,” he tweeted back in the days when he could still do that sort of thing.

However, the former official Rolling Stone interviewed for their article confirms TFG wanted to nuke hurricanes.

“I kept it together until I got back to my office… I do not know where the [then-]president would have heard about that… He was asking about it around the time, maybe a little before, he asked people about nuking hurricanes,” the source said.

Eventually, TFG stopped asking about China creating hurricanes and sending them over to attack us but would occasionally ‘joke’ about it later.
