Recap of the NRA’s 2022 Blood Fest

As parents prepare to bury their slaughtered children, the feckless, shameless, and evil National Rifle Association (NRA) held their annual Blood Fest in Houston, Texas. One by one, Craven Assholes, including TFG, took to the stage to lament this week’s school shooting that resulted in 21 slaughtered people, including 19 children.

“The existence of evil in our world is not a reason to disarm law-abiding citizens. The existence of evil in our world is not a reason to disarm law-abiding citizens,”

TFG

Spoiler Alert: They’re all ‘law-abiding citizens’ until they pick off their first victim.

Below is a sampling of the low lights from this year’s Blood Fest:

Wayne LaPIerre:

Because Law Enforcement was so effective that day, right?

This didn’t age well:

TFG:

PTSD from that ‘bunker’ trip?

Which shithole reported this?

TFG reads the names of all the children slaughtered while the NRA rings a bell after each name. Once TFG struggled through this daunting task, he does one of his lame dance moves:

It’s NOT about the gunz but all about ‘doors’ and ‘hardening’ our schools:

We all now know how well their argument about ‘good guys with gunz’ has crashed and burned:

Ted Cruz:

Summation:

The former president and the Texas senator made inaccurate or misleading claims about the efficacy of gun restrictions, gun ownership trends and school shootings.

The Blood Fest was the first for the troubled organization since 2019, following a two-year hiatus because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The organization has been trying to regroup following a period of serious legal and financial turmoil that included a failed bankruptcy effort, a class-action lawsuit and a fraud investigation by New York’s attorney general. Once among the most powerful political organizations in the country, the NRA has seen its influence wane following a significant drop in political spending.
