Shocking! Bill Barr withheld parts of a Russia probe memo; court rules its release
On Friday, a federal appeals panel ruled that the Department of Justice under AG Bill Barr’s ‘leadership,’ improperly withheld portions of an internal memo Barr cited in announcing that TFG had not obstructed justice in the Russia investigation.
A lower court had previously ordered the Justice Department to provide it to Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics (CREW) that had sued for it.
