On Friday, TFG sent one of his all caps ‘truths’ that may have violated a court order instructing him to be a nice boy and refrain from any of the following: Do NOT: try to influence a juror or to threaten or attempt to bribe a witness or any other person who may have information about your case, or to retaliate against anyone for providing information about your case to the prosecution, or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice.”
Prosecutors filed a protective order and TFG has until Monday by 5PM to respond:

“the Court briefly extend this schedule by three days to permit Defendant’s response by August 10, 2023….Additionally, a brief extension would provide time for the parties to meaningfully confer—and potentially resolve—this dispute without Court intervention…Friday
evening ultimatums, given by the government before even calling defense counsel, are wholly unproductive and undermine the potential for party-driven resolutions. Requiring a Monday response to a Friday evening motion likewise forecloses the possibility of agreement and would encourage such improper tactics by the government in the future.
Defendant is prepared to confer in good faith regarding an appropriate protective order and hopes the government will accept his invitation to do so.

‘Sound of Freedom’ Funder Fabian Marta Arrested For Child Kidnapping
One of thousands of patrons of the crowdfunded anti-child trafficking film Sound of Freedom was recently arrested and charged for child kidnapping, according to a court filing and social media posts.
Fabian Marta was charged with felony child kidnapping in July, while since-removed Facebook posts appear to show the same person revealing their pride in funding the film. Marta’s name appears in the movie’s credits among the “investors [who] helped bring Sound of Freedom to theaters.”
