Lara Trump still thinks she’s a singer.
Last week the RNC chairwoman released a new song, “Hero,” a duet with a south Florida singer named Madeline Jaymes. The song is dedicated to first responders.
Jaymes starts the song, but Lara “sings” the second verse, including some ironic lyrics: “Without your bravery, we’re all out of luck/ No, this can’t be denied /You got to be special/ It takes a lot to put you last and everybody first /With your heart they could make gold.”
Social media is having a day.
Our friends at Meidas Touch did some research on Madeline Jaymes.
It turns out Jaymes has retweeted some criticisms of her dear old dad-in-law by Taylor Swift, posted support for the Equality Act, for counting all votes, and Black Lives Matter.
Here’s the full video release, listen at your own caution.
