Border Barriers are Back; How The Fascist Felon Will Implement His Inhumane and Hardline Immigration Policy

Just hours after The Fascist Felon took the Oath of Office which, he broke almost immediately by abolishing the Birthright Citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment, Texas reinstated their inhumane and fatal border barriers. Governor A-Butt installed them during President Biden’s term but the US Extreme Court granted an emergency request filed by the Biden administration, which had argued that Texas was preventing agents from carrying out their duties. Now, that The Fascist Felon is back, so are the border barriers.

Other Assaults on the Undocumented:

  • The Pentagon will send roughly 1,500 active duty troops to the U.S.-Mexico border. And Congress passed the Laken Riley Act, making it easier to detain and deport anyone in the U.S. without legal status if they’ve been charged with a crime.
  • The Fascist Felon’s administration directs Justice Department to step up immigration enforcement:
    • Directs the Justice Department to drastically boost its efforts on immigration enforcement, making it a top priority.
    •  Instructs officials to investigate for potential prosecution any state or local officials who resist the enforcement of federal immigration laws, and it directs the Civil Division to examine possible legal action against states or cities with laws barring officials from cooperating with immigration enforcement officers.

There is no precedent for prosecuting state or local officials who are deemed to have resisted federal immigration enforcement.

  • The Department of Homeland Security said Tuesday it was ending a policy that restricted Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents’ ability to arrest undocumented people at or near so-called sensitive locations, including houses of worship, schools and hospitals.

The Fascist, Racist White Supremacists at Fox ‘News’ is all Giddy Over this:

The Fascist Felon will most likely have to secure more funding from Congress to make good on his promises for mass deportations. He pledged in his inaugural address to deport “millions and millions” of immigrants back to their home countries. But ICE is already short $230 million to fund its current level of deportations, which removed over 230,000 migrants last year.

Come after us’: California politicians react to Trump immigration order to prosecute those who defy enforcement efforts

Trump order marks second time he goes after sanctuary state, but first time targeting “local actors” for prosecution.
