Hillary Clinton Says She Faces Pressure to Run in 2020 Election

Hillary Clinton said she faces “enormous pressure from many, many, many people” to run in the 2020 presidential election, but that she has no intentions to do so. Her remarks were made during a radio interview with the BBC.

She added that she thinks “all the time about what kind of president I would have been and what I would have done differently and what I think it would have meant to our country and the world.”

She didn’t discuss who was pressuring her.

“So of course I think about it, I think about it all the time. Being able to do that, and look, whoever wins next time is going to have a big task trying to fix everything that’s been broken,” Clinton told the BBC while on tour promoting her book, “The Book of Gutsy Women: Favorite Stories of Courage and Resilience,” which she co-wrote with her daughter Chelsea.
