Trump’s stellar attorney, Rudy Giuliani, joined Fox ‘News” Judge Jeanine Pirro on ‘Justice and tried to make the case that Justice Roberts could dismiss the whole impeachment ‘hoax.’
Although Giuliani tried claiming that impeaching Trump appeared unconstitutional, impeachment of a sitting president and powers granted to the House of Representatives to do so is written in the Constitution.
