While Trump and company continues to search for a big October Surprise for the 2020 campaign, it seems they are hell-bent on going lower than ever before.
First there was the supposed “coup” that was taking place under the Obama administration, in which prosecutor John Durham was supposed to handcuff Obama, Biden, and Hillary for illegally probing Russian ties to the Trump campaign. Bill Barr announced that the investigation will not be completed before the election.
Another attorney, John Bash, was probing the “unmasking” of Americans caught talking with Russians on phones, but again the investigation produced no arrests of Obama officials and quietly died.
Now Trump is turning to his old crooked friends Rudy and Steve, for a third attempt.
