JOHNS HOPKINS DAILY STATE BY STATE TESTING TRENDS statistics:

Nationally, America currently has a 5.7% rate of positive test result (trending upwards).  15 states have a positive rate higher than 10%.  The five states with the worst rates of positive tests are:

  1. South Dakota, 35.2% positive rate
  2. Idaho, 33.3% positive rate
  3. Wyoming, 31.4% positive rate
  4. Iowa, 22.3% positive rate
  5. Kansas, 20.6% positive rate

Testing Trends:  14 states did more testing this week vs last week, 17 states + DC did LESS testing this week vs last week, 19 states did as much testing this week as they did last week
