Good evening, News Viewers and Happy Saturday. In my neck of the woods, winter returned. I actually fired up my heater the other morning because it was cold. I’m sure many people experienced colder weather but, it’s been cold and damp in Northern California.
So, what is everyone doing for Easter, Passover, Ramadan, or whatever holiday you do or don’t celebrate? I’m not a religious person so, not doing church or anything like that but, I am making a nice dinner for everyone. My son talked me into making a stuffed pork loin, which is a treat for both him and my husband since I don’t buy or fix pork for them that often. I have no clue what I’ll make myself since I don’t eat meat and haven’t touched pork in years. I think I will be just fine eating ‘the sides.”
