On a daily basis, TFG takes to his failing, wannabe X/Twitter platform, ‘Truth’ Social, and pounds out numerous ‘truths’ relating to his upcoming criminal trials. Special Counsel Jack Smith is not amused and warned Tuesday that TFG’s “daily” statements threaten to taint a jury pool in Washington in the criminal case charging him with scheming to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
TFG’s latest attacks came after Special Counsel Jack Smith’s opposition to Trump’s motion to vacate, which asked Judge Tanya Chutkan to decide whether “every ordinary” court filing that refers to sensitive materials should be placed on the court’s public docket.
And like predicted, TFG did exactly what Judge Chutkan told him to refrain from doing: Making inflammatory remarks that could intimidate witnesses or contaminate potential jurors.
