DATELINE: LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A retired police officer in Radcliff, Kentucky was arrested on Jan. 4 for charges that include rape and sodomy. According to an arrest report, 69-year-old David Love was under investigation by Kentucky State Police.
The citation states that Love was allegedly having a sexual relationship with a minor. Love admitted during a non-custodial interview that he received sexual acts from the minor. This took place two or more times when the victim was under the age of 14 and continued until they were 14.
Love also admitted to having child pornography on a tablet and sending it on Facebook Messenger. He’s been logged at the Hardin County Detention Center.
