The ICC announced today they will seek arrest warrants against top Hamas and Israeli leaders for their conduct on and after October 7th.
For the top Hamas leaders, including the Hamas founder, Yahya Sinwar, the warrant charges Sinwar, and two other top Hamas leaders with extermination, murder, taking of hostages, and rape and sexual assault of hostages while in detention.
Meanwhile, the chief prosecutor will also be seeking arrest warrants against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Gallant charging them with denying humanitarian aid into Gaza and using mass starvation as a “method of war.”
