Wisconsin Supreme Court Reinstates Use Of Drop Boxes For Absentee Ballots
A major win for Wisconsin residents
This morning, the Wisconsin Supreme Court, in a major 4-3 opinion reinstated the use of ballot drop boxes for absentee ballots in the state. Previously, in 2022, the same Supreme Court, albeit with a conservative majority, ruled that the ballot drop boxes were unconstitutional.
