He also spoke of being proud to serve the first Black president and having the first Black vice president, although he did not mention Kamala Harris by name.
Of course, the RNC chose a clip near the end of the interview (approximately 13:20) to mock Biden’s words as the broadcast had blips of murkiness, and Biden tried to clarify his statement regarding serving with Black presidents, vice presidents, and Supreme Court justices.
