At Univision Town Hall Trump Baffles Latinos Looking for a Reason to Vote for Him

At a Univision town hall in Florida on Wednesday, TFG took tough questions from Latino voters for about an hour to make the argument that they were better off when he was president.

Trump was pressed by the Spanish-speaking audience who visibly reacted, stunned with several of his answers.

One man from the audience, a former registered Republican, said he wanted to give Trump a chance to win back his vote. He wanted an explanation for his action — and inaction — on January 6.

Trump responds that January 6 was “a day of love,” with no guns, and only one person, Ashli Babbitt, died in the attack.

*** The story told by watching this clip below lies in the body language and facial expressions of the questioner, because the response of Trump is nothing new.

Another audience member asked if Trump really believed Haitians in Ohio were eating cats and dogs.

Trump said “newspapers” were reporting this.

Another question came from a farmer who lives in California, who asked who would do the tough jobs if immigrants were deported.

Trump responded that he was the best thing that ever happened to farmers, but failed to answer the question, and talked about the crimes committed by people in the country illegally instead.

Trump talked about the mix of sand and water when another town hall audience member asked about his belief that climate change is a hoax.

***Again, watch the facial expressions in the audience.
