At his Hate Fest in Allentown, PA, home of the state’s largest Puerto Rican community, TFG’s campaign clown, Michael Whatley, announced that Team Trump filed a lawsuit over claims of voter intimidation and long lines as voters gathered to get mail-in ballots on one of the last days of early voting. TFG also claimed that, in some undisclosed way, Pennsylvania is “cheating,” even though votes in the presidential election cannot yet be counted — or even opened — by officials in Pennsylvania.
"I'm proud tonight to tell you that the Trump-Vance campaign has just filed a huge lawsuit against Bucks County for turning away our voters," he said.

A woman labeled a supporter of former President Donald Trump was seen handcuffed by police at a Pennsylvania voting center.
Valerie Biancaniello posted the viral video on X. It shows a group of uniformed officers takingBiancaniello into custody.
A man in shock recorded the video of the incident.

According to Ryan Herlinger, a spokesman for Delaware County, Biancaniello was arrested and removed from the line.
Multiple witnesses reported that Biancaniello wasdisruptive, belligerent, and attempted to influence voters while waiting in line.
“Her behavior prompted several complaints from those in line,” he stated in a response to The National News Desk’s inquiry about the allegations.
Delaware County Park police, who were in the building providing security, responded to the incident Herlinger described as a “disturbance.”

Pennsylvania official debunks viral QAnon video claiming to show illegal ballot harvesting
A viral video posted by a popular QAnon X account, purporting to show evidence of illegal harvesting in Northampton County, Pennsylvania, is in fact video of a postal worker delivering ballots to the elections office.
In the video, the person behind the camera follows a postal worker into the county building asking about the box of ballots going through security. “There’s someone here in Northampton County dropping off an obscene amount of ballots at the very last second after the office is closed,” the man taking the video says.
Northampton County Executive Lamont McClure told NBC News that the video showed Charles Narciso, a 25-year veteran of the U.S. Postal Service and the acting postmaster, lawfully bringing ballots into the election office. NBC News verified his identity with a photograph posted on a USPS-linked website.

Video shows an election worker destroying mail ballots with votes for former President Donald Trump in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
An Oct. 25 X post’s caption read, “Mail in ballots voting for Trump appear to be destroyed by this election registrar employee in Bucks County, Pennsylvania a major battleground State.” PolitiFact also found other X posts dated Oct. 24 referring to this claim.
The video shows a person opening white envelopes marked “Official Election Mail,” and then opening enclosed yellow envelopes marked “Official Election Ballot” and pulling out supposed ballots. If the ballot showed a vote for Trump, the person tore it into pieces while cursing the Republican presidential nominee. If the ballot showed a vote for Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic presidential nominee, the person put it back in the envelopes.
The video also showed a green sticky note that said “Yardley Borough,” which is in Bucks County.
