A 2023 report by the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Association Center found that 2016 to 2020, 96% of shooters were men, 3% women, and 2% transgender. But, that has not stopped The Fascist Felon’s personal law firm, the Department of (in)Justice, from reviewing ways to designate transgender people as mentally ill as a justification for restricting their rights to own, possess, and use guns, The move comes after a shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota that left two children dead and at least 21 wounded. The FBI identified the shooter as a 23-year-old transgender woman.

After the 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas that killed 58 people at a music festival, the NRA initially supported, but ultimately opposed regulations on bump stocks. Those regulations were eventually struck down by the Supreme Court.
