The White House Joins BlueSky and Instantly Becomes the 2nd-Most Blocked Account — After JD Vance
President Donald Trump’s White House is already the second most-blocked account on Bluesky, just days after joining the platform. The only account ahead of it on the block list? It belongs to Vice President JD Vance.
The White House joined Bluesky on Friday evening, and less than 48 hours later, it has been blocked by more than 92,000 users, according to VQV, an app that tracks Bluesky stats. Vance has racked up 166,000 blocks since joining the platform in June.
That means at this rate, the White House will leapfrog the vice president for the infamous, or venerable, depending on who you ask, position of being the most-blocked account on Bluesky.
Pudding Time!:
We're back to sharks and batteries, folks.

Senator Tuberville Claims Mamdani and Muslims Are ‘Trying to Take Over’ the Country: ‘Send Him Home’
Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) said a Muslim has no business being mayor of New York, and added that Muslims are “trying to take over” the U.S.
If elected next month, Democratic state Rep. Zohran Mamdani would become the first Muslim mayor of the nation’s largest city. Mamdani was born in Uganda to Indian parents, who moved him to the U.S. when he was seven. The political upstart pulled off an upset in June by defeating former Governor Andrew Cuomo for the Democratic nomination. Cuomo has since mounted a third-party bid and is vying with Republican nominee Curtis Sliwa to overcome Mamdani’s big lead in the polls.
Appearing on Monday’s Kudlow on Fox Business, Tuberville was asked if he is “ready” for a Muslim mayor of New York.
