Last week, Costco Wholesale (Costco) became the latest company to file suit against The Fascist Felon over his stupid tariffs. Costco asked the Court of International Trade to consider all tariffs collected under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act unlawful. The also seek a “full refund” of all duties under the act paid as a result of President Donald Trump’s executive order that imposed what he called “reciprocal” tariffs.
The company noted a looming Dec. 15 deadline that could prevent the tariffs that it has already paid on an estimated basis from being refunded. Costco did not say how much money it believes should be refunded to the company.
Some of the companies that have already filed suit against the most incompetent and worst president ever include: Revlon, eyeglass maker EssilorLuxottica, motorcycle manufacturer Kawasaki, canned foods seller Bumble Bee, Japanese auto supplier Yokohama Tire, parts of the Toyota Group and many smaller firms. Even board game company Smirk & Dagger Games have filed suit against The Fascist Felon over his stupid tariff policies or what is known as his ‘signature’ economic policy that has contributed greatly to higher prices, inflation, and families struggling just to get by.
