Join us Live: SCOTUS to Hear Birthright Citizenship Oral Arguments

The Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments in a case that could end birthright citizenship in the United States. Arguments are scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. ET.

MAGA’s favorite president claims he is attending the court Wednesday (on April Fool’s Day) when the High Court hears arguments on the constitutionality of an executive order he signed in January 2025 that seeks to limit citizenship to people who have at least one parent who is a U.S. citizen or a legal permanent resident.

Trump’s looming presence comes only weeks after SCOTUS ruled against his tariffs and he called the justices “disloyal to the Constitution.”

Only a week ago he singled out Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett as justices he appointed who joined with the majority ruling, saying they are “bad for our country” and that “they sicken me.”
