Anti-Islam activist Jake Lang, a U.S. Senate candidate and pardoned J6er from Florida, came to Dearborn, Michigan, on Tuesday along with others to provoke counter-protesters during a march toward City Hall with a Quran burning.
Lang tried several times to light the book but it was knocked out of his hands several times. He then slapped the book with a slab of bacon until a counter-protester snatched the book away.
Florida is not sending their best people.
After Lang marched through the streets of Dearborn antagonizing peaceful counter-demonstrators, he landed at City Hall to spew vile rhetoric. Several residents left the room during his speech, and he was ushered out by police as he closed his speech with supporters yelling “Christ is King.”
Islamaphobes like to claim Dearborn and other Muslim communities operate under “Sharia law,” and are taking over America.
“How are they coming to us and saying we’re all about division and all about Sharia Law? They’re coming here and giving us nothing but hatred,” said Ali Aljahmi, from Dearborn.
At the same time this was going on with Florida Man, a Republican candidate for Michigan governor who migrated from Texas, Anthony Hudson, was demonstrating with supporters away from Lang’s circus.
Hudson, a truck driver from Grand Blanc, had originally planned an “American Crusade” prayer rally and march, to “expose Dearborn for what it is” and that “CHRIST WILL NOT BE MOCKED.”
