Ohio Man!: ICE supervisor remains jailed as federal prosecutor details years of alleged abuse
The suspended U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) supervisor accused of strangling a woman and lying about it to a federal agent will stay behind bars in solitary confinement following a lengthy detention hearing Monday in Cincinnati federal court.
Samuel Saxon, 47, of Corryville, pleaded not guilty to one count of making false statements to a federal officer who is investigating felonious assault, domestic violence and strangulation charges against Saxon from a Dec. 5 incident.
Exhibits of alleged domestic violence, threatening language, mental health concerns and substance abuse allegations were all presented during the hearing.
‘You will be executed’
Assistant U.S. Attorney Julie Garcia showed video clips and read police and medical reports aloud from previous incidents involving Saxon and the victim in court.
According to Garcia, the victim, who is not a U.S. citizen, was 18 years old when she met Saxon, who was 40 at the time. The pair have been together for nearly eight years, and she has been financially dependent on him.
Prosecutors presented evidence that dates back to 2020, when Saxon and the woman lived together in San Diego.
In one of the videos, a man, who is believed to be Saxon, is heard yelling at a woman: “You stupid f****** b****,”“You got a fat lip, b****,” and “If I see you here in three days, you will be executed.”

From the MarKODA Files-The Ignorance and Stupidity Edition (Con’t):
Stephen Miller Melts Down About Immigration in Bonkers Rat Pack Rant
Trump’s top aide was triggered about “third world” migrants after watching a 1967 holiday special featuring Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin.
The beloved Christmas show features the legendary Rat Pack performers singing a medley of holiday hits, including “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.” The two stars, both children of Italian immigrants, were then joined by their families in a heartwarming show full of laughter and dancing.
But Miller, the architect of the Trump administration’s hardline immigration agenda, appeared to be too busy thinking about the stars’ family histories to focus on any of the fun.
Sinatra’s parents moved to America from Sicily in the 1890s, when the southern Italian island was deeply impoverished. Martin’s father immigrated to the U.S. in the early 1900s from Abruzzo, a poor region in central Italy.
The U.S. didn’t exactly welcome Italian immigrants with open arms. Historian Jennifer Guglielmo wrote that Italians were viewed as “racially suspect,” while the American press described them as “swarthy” and “kinky-haired,” and people on the streets hurled insults like “white n—–.”
***Maybe the ‘bigly payed jernalist’ {sic} can add a few of his own and often used, derogatory slurs to describe Italian-Americans. His ‘bro in law’ said it was ok to use such ignorant terms.
Fuck off, Joe and Stephen! Signed, Members for a Civilized Society.
ICE Barbie Caught Scheming to Treat Migrants Like Amazon Packages
The Department of Homeland Security is seeking contractors to convert large industrial warehouses into detention hubs that will hold more than 80,000 migrants at a time, according to a draft solicitation reviewed by The Washington Post.
The plan, reports the Post, would reshape the current system—where people are moved around to whichever facility has open beds—into a staged pipeline built around “processing sites” and massive “warehouses” intended to speed removals.
#ICE is preparing to house the people they kidnap in warehouses across the country.
