Tyler Boebert Faces Felony Charges of Child Exploitation

Rep. Lauren Boebert’s son Tyler, 21, is now facing charges in western Colorado’s Garfield County of sexual exploitation of a child, according to court records filed on Thursday.

Boebert, who is innocent until proven guilty, is charged with five counts in total. All of the charges are felonies and are alleged to have happened on Jan. 1, 2024.

1. Sexual exploitation of a child, induce/entice (C.R.S. 18-6-403(3)(a)), a Class 3 felony
2. Sexual exploitation of a child, possession with intent (C.R.S. 18-6-403(3)(c)), a Class 3 felony
3. Sexual exploitation of a child, video (C.R.S. 18-6-403(3)(b.5), (5)(b)(II)), a Class 4 felony
4. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor (C.R.S. 18-6-701(1)(a)), a Class 4 felony
5. Contributing to the delinquency of a minor (C.R.S. 18-6-701(1)(a)), a Class 4 felony

Weeks after going to court for his last charges, Tyler Boebert has now been arrested for for contributing to an underage child, sexually exploiting her, & taking video.

American Muckrakers reports that Tyler Boebert is scheduled for a court appearance on August 19, two weeks before another court appearance in a different case in which his mother, Lauren, is expected to testify on his behalf.

Muckrakers also found that Boebert was released from custody on $10,000 bond on August 9.
