Karoline Leavitt is Knocked Up Again

Trump’s lip-injected mouthpiece Karoline Leavitt, 28, announced on Fox News and in an Instagram post that she and her 60-year-old husband Nicholas Riccio are expecting a baby girl in May.

Leavitt said she was grateful to Trump and Susie Wiles for their support, and for fostering a “pro-family” environment in the White House.

The couple’s first child, Niko, was born in July 2024, six months before they got married ahead of the pedophile President’s second inauguration.

The couple began dating in 2022 when Leavitt was 25 and running for the congressional seat in New Hampshire’s first district, which she ultimately lost to Rep. Chris Pappas. Riccio would have been 32 when Leavitt was born, and 51 when she graduated from high school. Riccio is a real estate developer.

Leavitt, the youngest White House press secretary ever, period, raised eyebrows when a Vanity Fair close-up photograph of her revealed what appeared to be lip filler injection sites across her upper lip.

The Food and Drug Administration warns that the safety of dermal fillers is “unknown when used during pregnancy.”
