U.S. Military Captures Maduro, Will Be Indicted in SDNY

Dear Leader announced on Truth Social that the U.S. military carried out “a large scale strike against Venezuela” in which Maduro and his wife were dragged out of their beds and flown out of the country.

Dear Leader intends an 11am press conference from Mar-a-Lago to likely bloviate about the attack.

The attacks themselves lasted less than 30 minutes which sent people into the streets. Venezuela’s Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, who was presumed to take power, called it an “imperialist attack,” urged people to take to the streets in protest, and said there were Venezuelan civilian and military casualties but no confirmed numbers of dead.

The legality of the operation will be questioned. There were no American casualties.

CNN reports that a team of FBI agents were present with the U.S. special operations Delta Force unit. They raided Maduro’s residence, and dragged the Venezuelan president and his wife out of bed with the intention of bringing Maduro to the U.S. with indictments.

U.S. officials have called Mr. Maduro, a self-described socialist who has led Venezuela since 2013, an illegitimate leader and have accused him of controlling criminal groups tied to drug trafficking, charges he denies.

Expected at 11amET, the Orange Ass speaks.
