Refueling Aircraft Crashes in Iraq, Four More Dead

U.S. Central Command confirmed that four of six service members of a refueling aircraft were dead after the plane crashed on Thursday in western Iraq. Rescue efforts were still underway for the other two service members still missing.

Thursday’s incident brings the death toll for U.S. sons and daughters in a war of choice to 11.

In his morning briefing, Pete Hegseth reiterated that war is hell, and bad things happen.
