DOJ Files a Truth Social-like Motion to Build the Ballroom

In a motion filed by the Justice Department on Monday, it appeared that the president wrote at least part of a filing that railed against the “fake” National Trust For Historic Preservation’s attempt to stop the building of the big dumb ballroom.

In part, it reads:

“‘The National Trust for Historic Preservation’ is a beautiful name, but even their name is FAKE because when they add the words ‘in the United States’ to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, it makes it sound like a Governmental Agency, which it is not,” read the motion. “In fact, the United States refused to continue funding it in 2005 because they strongly disagreed with their mission and objectives. They are very bad for our Country. They stop many projects that are worthy, and hurt many others.”

The argument went on to accuse the National Trust of having Trump Derangement Syndrome, which is a condition known as TDS and endorsed by Senator John Fetterman. The filing also said the National Trust was represented by a lawyer for “Barack Hussein Obama.”

After claiming the incident at the WHCD could not have happened if the event were held in the bigly ballroom, the filing cites its bipartisan support from Senators Fetterman and Rand Paul.

The motion was signed by Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche, Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General R. Trent McCotter, and Associate Attorney General Stanley E. Woodward Jr.

The National Trust for Historic Preservation refused on Monday to withdraw its lawsuit preventing the continuation of the ballroom project after the president’s allies argued it was of utmost national security importance to host government events, preventing future assassination attempts.

The National Trust’s challenge has been focused on whether a president has the authority to unilaterally demolish parts of the White House and rebuild new facilities without Congressional approval.

Even a Fox News host admitted a private event such as the WHCD would not likely be held at the White House.
