Trump has targeted Biden, a Democrat, an average of three times daily across public addresses, press remarks, and Truth Social posts. He has blamed Biden for wide-ranging challenges, from inflation and border security to military ammunition deficits, even as the former president, 83 and battling Stage 4 cancer, has largely withdrawn from public life.

Federal immigration agent shoots and injures man in Austin, Texas
The Department of Homeland Security said Monday it was leading the investigation into the officer involved in a shooting of “an illegal alien from Venezuela” during an operation in Austin, Texas.
In a statement posted online, DHS said the man’s condition was stable, and that he was “in federal custody pending removal.”
The department’s announcement followed confirmations by authorities on Sunday that a federal immigration agent shot and injured a man.
The man was identified as Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, 28, of Venezuela, by his attorney Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch.
