Trump Cancels Livestream of Nidal Hasan’s Execution

The Pentagon will no longer livestream the execution by firing squad of Nidal Hasan, Fort Hood shooter, after facing criticism from allies.

Trump decreed via social media on Thursday that although a public execution “might have been a strong deterrent for the World to witness how America deals with Terrorists and SCUM like Hasan,”  he continued, “many very good and well meaning people would rather not watch him die, through streaming, or through any other visual device.”

Also, Obama something-something….

Democrats and Republicans, including fake Christians JD Vance and Mike Johnson, said they would not watch a livestream of the execution.

JD Eyeliner said he didn’t know that the livestream would happen when asked what he felt about the decision as a Christian.

“So whatever the controversy is about the method of the execution, I hope that people don’t forget that this is a guy who brutally murdered a lot of innocent people,” Vance said, adding: “Now, that said, I mean, look, if it’s ultimately livestreamed, I’m not going to be watching it.”

Mike Johnson said it could be used as a recruiting tool for terrorists.

Other Republicans said the Pentagon’s focus should be on justice for the victims and their families and that the livestream of the execution is an act only dictatorships perform.

“A civilization erodes when it cultivates an appetite for executions as a form of entertainment,” Sen. John Curtis (R-Utah) said last week, adding the planned livestream “risks feeding that appetite.”
