Ignorance doesn’t fall far from the tree.
While campaigning alongside of JD Vance for the MAGAt ticket in Swanton, Ohio, Don Jr. made a bigly gaffe about the Democratic Party’s agenda. He first fired up the ignorant bigots by bringing up the usual talking points about transgender kids and some members of the Democratic Party’s desire to expand the Supreme Court. But no one expected Jr. to reveal what the Democratic Party wants to do the most: Make Ohio a state!
“They want to pack the Supreme Court,” he said. “They want to make Ohio a state, make DC a state, have permanent one-party rule, all apparently, I don’t know how it works, but you know, they can do these things and get away with it. All in the name of somehow preserving democracy.” He then called the Democratic frontrunners “the most radical people ever put forth by the Democrat[ic] party.”
For those who do not know how things work, including Diet Coke and some people who live in the ‘great’ state of Ohio, Ohio became the 17th U.S. state on March 1, 1803. But, we all know MAGAts love to rewrite history.
